For the first time ever, family science undergraduate students had the opportunity to join Bobby Kern, associate professor of family science, at the conference. Those in attendance were Alexa Lewis, Alexandra Steward, Emily Kelley and Brielle Buxton.

“The New Professionals Seeking Non-Academic Careers session was really practical, and I have lots of good notes on searching for work, interviewing and networking,” Buxton said. “The session for student affiliates of NCRF had really good suggestions. I really enjoyed the session about different cultures!”
