OC graduate’s speaking talents featured in a Los Angeles Weekly story this summer

Marcus Black was recently featured among the “Top Ten Keynote Speakers to Watch in 2021”.

Oklahoma Christian University enjoys hearing and sharing about impressive alumni, specifically those whose accomplishments are really leaving their mark on the world. 

Recently, OC Interdisciplinary alumnus Marcus Black was featured in L.A. Weekly, a weekly newspaper for things to do in Los Angeles, as one of the top keynote speakers to watch in 2021. Currently serving as an urban missionary, podcast host and author, the former minister’s companions on the list include Michelle Obama, two New York Times best-selling authors and a paralympian.

OC President John deSteiguer was eager to share the news of Black’s accomplishments.

“Wow! OC is home to some incredible talent,” deSteiguer said.
