OC-produced short film to show at three film festivals in three states this August
Students and faculty from Oklahoma Christian University’s Communication Program worked together to create “Assisted Living,” a short film about a college student who faces unfortunate circumstances that lead him to move into an assisted living facility with a cranky, elderly roommate.
The film has received the “Comedy Short” and “Oklahoma Soil Short” awards at the Bare Bones International Film and Music Festival, and it will soon have the honor of being shown at selective film festivals such as the Reel to Real Film Festival in North Carolina, the 21st San Antonio Film Festival and the Fort Smith International Film Festival this August.
