OC's free Chamber Orchestra concert on Oct. 28 to celebrate movie musicals

The fall concert is titled "From the Stage to the Screen."

The OC Music Program invites the public to a free Chamber Orchestra concert that will feature classic songs from movie musicals that were adapted to film from Broadway. The Oct. 28 concert will be in Judd Theatre. 

The title of the concert is “From Stage to Screen,” and it will feature music from “An American in Paris,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Hamilton” and more.

OC Music alumna, Adjunct Professor of Music and local music teacher Gena Alexander leads this small but talented group of 11 students.

Masks are not required of vaccinated guests; masks and social distancing are strongly encouraged for all others.
