Digging Into the Depths of Greed: A Case Study of the Osage Murders of the 1920s
Join us on Oct. 17 for an evening lecture by David Grann, an afternoon panel designed especially for educators and their students.
David Grann, author of “Killers of the Flower Moon,” will be at Oklahoma Christian University on Oct. 17, after a recent surge of popularity from a film created from the book.
Grann will not only share insights into his work, "Killers of the Flower Moon," but also take you on a journey with his 2023 bestseller, "The Wager," a tale of a notorious shipwreck that has gripped readers worldwide. There will be a lecture held at 7 p.m. that will be free, but you can visit www.oc.edu/events to RSVP.
He will be speaking in a panel session at 3 p.m. providing thought-provoking discussions and inspiring a new perspective on storytelling and ethics. The Beam Library has created a library guide to provide resources about the topic.
